Wesley J. Smith

This week, Wesley J. Smith, a friend of Scott and Linda, went home to be with his Lord and Savior. I remember meeting Wes in Madision Heights, Michigan, before Scott and Linda moved to Tennessee. Wes and Scott met in a bar where Albrecht, Roley and Moore were playing. He came to faith through his relationship with Scott. Wes did some management and bookings for AR&M for several years. I barely knew him, but we spent some time together on several occasions. Scott will be officiating at the funeral on Monday February 9th. I found this photo of Scott and Wes in the archive. It was probably taken around 1976 or 1977.
